These overhead guide signs are attached to the Torrey Pines Drive overpass ahead of Exits 81A-B. Construction of the interchange between U.S. 95, Rainbow Boulevard, and Summerlin Parkway was completed in August of 2005. The work involved the building of a new ramp from Summerlin Parkway east onto U.S. 95 north, and improvements to existing ramps and bridges to reduce congestion and allow for the ten-lane widening of the freeway below.
