Grand Lake Yoga<\/a> offers gentle flow and yin yoga classes in Grand Lake<\/a> at the Grand Lake Center and Grand Lake Lodge<\/a>‘s stunning pavilion overlooking the shimmering waterfront. On a warm summer morning, there is nothing more relaxing than rolling out a mat and doing sun salutations with views of Rocky Mountain National Park<\/a>‘s peaks right across the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Winter Park<\/a>, Mountain Moon Yoga<\/a> offers classes in several different styles, as well as courses in pilates and meditation. From yoga for skiers to de-stressing yoga and even yoga that incorporates dance moves, there are classes for everyone, from beginner to expert. Not in Winter Park? Mountain Moon also hosts classes in Hot Sulphur Springs<\/a> and Grand Lake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to these dedicated yoga studios, many of Grand County’s ranches and resorts also feature yoga classes in their recreational activity offerings.
