Business Loop Interstate 80 travels 2.7 miles through West Wendover, Nevada and Wendover, Utah providing access to services and casinos along the way. The Nevada stretch shares pavement with U.S. 93 Alternate for one half mile. The Utah side shares pavement with Utah 58 officially. While the Nevada side of the loop is well signed, Utah ignores the Business Loop all together with regards to its signage.

Exit 410 serves West Wendover from Interstate 80 just north of the commercial strip (Wendover Boulevard). Drivers departing Interstate 80 westbound turn southward onto Business Loop Interstate 80 east & U.S. 93A southbound at a diamond interchange. Ranch roads tie into the interchange from the north. The Wendover Nugget Hotel & Casino and Montego Bay Casino lie across from one another at the Utah state line. The pedestrian over crossing links the two businesses and represents where the boundary crosses Wendover Boulevard. Business Loop Interstate 80 gains Utah 58 after it crosses into Utah along Wendover Boulevard. The tandem leave Wendover and approach the Exit 2 interchange with Interstate 80.
